Senior Citizens

After signing up, Senior Citizens are directed to their designated Admin within their organization or city for verification. Once verified, Seniors gain access to creating new tasks that volunteers can pick up.

Senior Sign Up

Upon launching the app, Senior Citizens undergo an email verification process. Following this, they are prompted to provide basic information such as date of birth, address, state ID, and a profile picture. Once this information is provided, Seniors are ready for verification by the designated Admin.

The Admin ensures the accuracy of the information provided by the Senior and verifies their profile accordingly.

Task Creation

Once a Senior is verified, they gain access to create new tasks. Upon launching the app post-verification, they are directed to the homepage, where they can:
- Create a new task.
- View the list of tasks that have been picked up by volunteers.
- Mark tasks as completed.
- Remove tasks as needed.

This allows verified seniors to efficiently manage their tasks and engage with volunteers to meet their needs.

Marking Task as Completed

Once a task has been picked up by a volunteer and successfully completed, the Senior has the ability to mark the task as done. Additionally, the Senior can provide feedback regarding their satisfaction with the task and offer comments on the overall process.

This feedback loop ensures transparency and helps to continuously improve the experience for both seniors and volunteers.

Volunteers

Upon signing up, volunteers are directed to the designated Admin of their school for verification. Once verified, volunteers gain the ability to pick up tasks based on their convenience. For detailed instructions, please refer to the instructional videos provided below.

Volunteer Sign Up

Upon signing up and completing email verification, volunteers are prompted to provide essential information such as date of birth, school affiliation, and student ID, as well as upload a profile picture.

Once this information is submitted, volunteers are prepared for verification by the admin of their respective school.

Task Pick Up

Once volunteers are verified, they gain access to the list of tasks listed by seniors in the community. Volunteers can then select tasks based on factors such as time required and skills needed. Once a task is picked up, it appears in the volunteer's "Picked Up" list.

At this point, volunteers and seniors can communicate effectively to ensure the task is completed efficiently. This seamless communication fosters collaboration and enables volunteers to fulfill seniors' needs effectively.

Feedback

Once the senior marks a task as done, volunteers can view the task in the "Done" list. At this stage, volunteers have the opportunity to rate their satisfaction level with the task and provide feedback or comments.

This feedback loop allows for continuous improvement and ensures a positive experience for both seniors and volunteers.

Admins

With full authority, Admins can reject or disqualify any member as necessary, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of the community. Admins have complete access to the app, enabling them to view lists of verified, rejected, and pending members. For more details, please refer to the instructional videos provided below.

Accepting & Rejecting Users

Admins have the capability to review the profile information of pending members and either accept or reject them accordingly. Additionally, they can access detailed information about each member, including the number of tasks created and picked up, as well as total hours contributed, both at the individual and organizational levels.
